Five breast augmentations, six nose jobs, and endless jabs of botox and filler are just the start.

For Tara, nothing goes without a nip or tuck.

She’s done the maths, and says she has spent close to $200,000 on her transformative procedures.

And despite what the haters may think, she is proud of her work.

“Plastic surgery gives me a sense of empowerment,” Jayne said.

“And I think in this day and age, it’s very important for a woman to be able to express the way they feel and just express everything about beauty.

“Plastic surgery is how I do that. That’s what makes me happy.

“It gives me the confidence to be the best version of myself, and it’s all about feeling empowered as a woman.”

Thousands in upkeep

And because so many of her procedures only have temporary effects, Tara has to spend thousands of dollars on ongoing maintenance.

Within one year, she can replace her botox injections up to 30 times.

“With my body, in particular, I break it down really quickly, so I feel I’m going into the doctor’s once every couple of months,” Jayne said.

“This stuff does not come cheap, so it is quite easy to spend $2000 to $5000 at a time.

“So it’s a pretty expensive hobby.”

Haters make her famous

Tara says she gets mixed reactions for the way she looks - but says she will always be ‘unapologetically’ herself.

“I have tunnel vision when it comes to that stuff because I have dealt with bullying and people making derogatory comments my entire life,” Jayne said.

“But I have learned to deal with that. I just focus on what I want to do and I am super happy and that’s all that matters.

“I use (the bullying) as a driving force to become successful and be the best version I can. It’s just pure irrelevance, to be honest.

“The hate is making me more famous.”

Finding opportunities

With over 90,000 followers on Instagram, Tara says her extraordinary look has opened up new opportunities for her.

“It has created a lot of opportunities, particularly overseas,” Jayne said.

“A lot of famous TV shows have actually approached me.

“You’ll be seeing a lot more of me - put it that way.”

For Tara Jayne, nothing goes without a nip or tuck.
