The actor has been a vocal criticizer of Trump and his administration since 2016.

Hollywood celebrities have been quite vocal about their political views this election with many candidly talking against Trump ever since he took over the White House. But if there's one actor whose views have been the most controversial, it has to be Alec Baldwin.

Many would agree that the 62-year-old's portrayal of Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live has been so far, the most accurate of all that's seen on television. The president himself has taken note of it in the past and has not ended well. Now, the Beetlejuice actor suggested several ways to get Trump out of the White House, in case he refuses to concede by January 20.

Baldwin wrote on Twitter, “Who arrests Trump if he refuses to concede? Who drags him out?” He proposed that the president should be beaten "Rodney King style." King is an American author and activist who was videotaped being beaten by Los Angeles police officers in 1991, which resulted in five days of rioting in Los Angeles. He also referred to the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

“A knee on his neck, cutting off his oxygen? Does he wheeze ‘I can’t breathe.’ Just whale away on him like a piรฑata? Rodney King style? The thug who has destroyed the country. What does he deserve?” he wrote.

Regular Twitter users are aware that users "may not promote violence against or directly attack or threaten other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability or serious disease." However, Baldwin's tweet has not been removed yet even though it seems to be suggesting violence, according to Fox News.

This is not the first time that the actor has spoken against Trump. The Juror actor mocked the President on losing the election as well. "Bury Trump in a Nazi graveyard and put a swastika on his grave," he wrote, "The majority of Americans made the right choice. Trump is a maniac."

He also argued that American citizens would be "mentally ill" if they voted him in for a second term.

Baldwin is known to criticize Trump so much that Saturday Night Live has used the actor's talents to impersonate the president since 2016, reported Entertainment Weekly. However, recently he bid his stint farewell as the president lost the 2020 elections, which means that the actor won't get to play Trump anymore. You would think that Baldwin must be sad but no, he's absolutely delighted!

The actor tweeted, “I don’t believe I’ve ever been this overjoyed to lose a job before! It will be comforting when we have a President who doesn’t Tweet twice as much as I do ... They’re gonna need an enormous shipment of tissues sent to Mar-a-Lago. On to my next wish. That everyone who voted in this election maintains that commitment and votes in the 2022 midterm elections. Let’s keep this going!!!”

Baldwin's impersonation of Trump was so on point that it earned him his third Primetime Emmy in 2017, and a further nomination in 2018. According to Yahoo News, Baldwin had to shoot an SNL just hours before president-elect Joe Biden won the elections. He opened the show saying, “As anyone who died halfway through Tuesday knows, I was re-elected president of the United States,” essentially mocking Trump's wild claims that the elections had been stolen from him, which so far has provided no proof.
